321. Kincora children’s home (Northern Ireland)
Sexual abuse took place at this children’s home as it is common in a lot of group homes and foster families. However it is not normal for the authorities trying to stop investigation into child abuse. It was what took place in this tragic case.
It is state to state that it could not have been fun to be there as a teenager.
2016 update
BBC among others published an article naming one of the staff members. Many of the boys were forced to interact with housemaster William McGrath in a very improper way.
