606. The Lord’s Ranch

The Lord’s Ranch also known during company names like Trinity Behavioral Health Care and Maxus seems to have been exposed as a fraud. The owner Ted Suhl are under investigation of having bribed a public official.

Former employees complain about missing salaries and some even wrote that they were hired to alter medical records so the teenagers forced to live at the ranch were registered to be suffering from more illness that they arrived with allowing the ranch to keep them on an extended period milking both parents and money paid by the tax-payers.

Being forced to be treated for an illness you do not have is not for those teenagers who became victim of the scheme.

I stayed here for about 8 and half months until my mother pulled me after a home pass. They switched my medicines over 15 times throughout this period, in which my mother only was told about 5. They gave me a medication for 3 weeks. And everyday I would sleep the basically the whole day. While walking in the school building I passed out several times. I’ve had seizures there as well. Because of that medication. I still have nerve problems and acute seizures. I’ve saw higher up staff bribe the Alaskan kids. Build a special house and keep them all together. I’ve seen a small child. He was maybe 9 tossed in the yard. A Whole lot of shady things under this tree

I went there in 1990. The place was disgusting to say the least. At that time they were not allowed to give medicines thank goodness. They would beat the kids and I am so lucky I only stayed six months. I hope Ted Suhl rots in jail. Karma is a bitch. I still have PTSD from that place thirty years later.

The alaskan kids were mixed in with everyone else. We werent treated any better (but I do believe our medicaid paid more)
