471. Key Point Academy

Around 2005 adverticements began to appear for a facility named Key Point Academy located in a deserted place near Kanab in Utah. Nothing much is known about this remote facility beside that it worked with Liahona Academy and White River Academy in Kansas. Only Liahona Academy is open today (2016) and a death there question what they had going at Key Point Academy. They used a so-called therapeutic model called “The Strong Model”.

It cannot be fun as a teenager to live in the desert without contact to friends back home and extended family.
